The additional SecondChance module for Magento 2 allows you to track unpaid orders with one or two reminder emails. This extension to the Buckaroo plugin increases conversion rates. The SecondChance functionality is fully white-label, emails can be sent from your own house style and email servers. On top of this, there is the option for the module to take the available stock into account.
Google Analytics tracking does not correctly link the conversion source when the transaction occurs via different browsers or via different devices. Example: a visitor comes to the website from an ad campaign, goes through the ordering process, but the payment process takes place on a different device or browser and the success page is also displayed on a different device.
To solve this situation, we track the Google Client ID of the order and can activate an enriched version of the tracking code on the success page by adding the "clientId" parameter. This ensures precise tracking and an accurate conversion overview.
