How does it work?
1. Please provide your CTAP ID.
To link your payment terminal we need the CTAP ID code. If you do not know this code you can request it from your current supplier.
2. Create your Buckaroo account
Enter your details to create a Buckaroo account. This will give you access to Plaza. A convenient online portal where you can easily keep track of all your transactions. Plaza is also available via an app. This allows you to view your transactions on your mobile any time.
3. Link with your payment terminal
We link your current device with our system.
4. Ready for transactions
Reset your payment terminal. You will now receive the payout through us

Frequently Asked Questions
Is an annual subscription standard?
If you choose a transaction service from Buckaroo, you enter into a one-year subscription by default. At the end of the year, you can stop the subscription on a monthly basis. Do you need a solution for a shorter period of time? Then our rental construction might be a better option for you.
Can I connect a transaction service to any payment terminal?
No, not every payment terminal is suitable for connecting a transaction service. Think for example of the MPOS machines from Zettle or Sumup.
Also on the payment terminals of SEPAY (and/or Buckaroo) our transaction service is not possible. The reason for this is that we offer an all-in agreement on 'our' payment terminals.
Why does it take longer to get connected with a transaction service than it does to buy or lease a payment terminal?
Connecting to a Buckaroo transaction service takes a little longer, as we are dealing with 3rd parties and their payment systems. Due to this dependency, the process may take longer (than 1 business day).
When will I receive my revenue?
Your revenue will be transferred each business day to your IBAN account which you specified during the registration process. We aim to have the money transferred every morning around 10:00 am.
