Fixed Payment Terminals
These PIN devices use a fixed internet connection via a network cable. They are ideal for fixed locations such as shops, supermarkets and business premises with a fixed counter setup. Fixed payment terminals offer stable and fast transaction processing.
Mobile Payment Terminals
Our mobile PIN devices operate via the mobile (GPRS/4G) network as standard, but can also be equipped with a WiFi receiver at an additional cost. As a result, they are extremely flexible and can be used in any location. They are perfect for pop-up stores, itinerant traders, catering establishments with a terrace and taxis.

Frequently asked questions
Am I committed to an annual subscription by default?
Once you purchase a terminal through SEPAY by Buckaroo, you enter into a one-year subscription by default. After the end of the year, you can stop the subscription on a monthly basis. Do you need the terminal for a shorter period? Then our rental package might be a better option for you.
Why should I buy a payment terminal instead of leasing?
By buying a PIN device, besides the purchase price, you are assured of the lowest possible monthly fees SEPAY can offer. In addition, unlike our leasing concept, the PIN device is entirely your property.
How can I exchange my current SEPAY payment terminal for a new payment terminal?
Any customer who is in the final year of their contract has the option with us to switch to a new PIN device or another form. We do not charge a registration fee of €58.00 for this when the agreement is concluded with SEPAY by Buckaroo and the transaction processing is not done via third parties.
How long do I have a guarantee on a payment terminal?
Our machines don't really have a warranty period. As long as you are a customer of SEPAY by Buckaroo, we will ensure that you have a working PIN device.
How do I print out a daily statement of my transactions on my new PIN device?
Interim reporting (without reset): Buckaroo models

- Enter ‘4’ for Reports
- Enter ‘1’ X-Totals
- Choose between ‘1’ Compact or ‘2’ Detailed
- Your report will now be printed out
(Day) closing (with reset) Buckaroo models
