Every payment terminal we supply can be purchased or leased (1, 3 or 5 years). If you temporarily need an (extra) POS terminal, for example for an event or a pop-up store, then renting is the best option.

Once you have registered with us and provided the necessary documentation, such as the signed application form, along with a valid copy of your identification, an extract from the Chamber of Commerce (max. six months old) and a copy of a bank statement (max. three months old), you will receive the payment terminal within one working day after approval of the order. It is then immediately ready for use.
You can upload the required documents during the ordering process or send them to us later by email or post. We need to receive all documents before 2pm in order to dispatch the payment terminal the same day.
Yes, if you own a third-party payment terminal, you can transfer the related payment services to SEPAY. To do this, you can use the SEPAY transaction service. For each device you wish to register, you should provide the brand, POS number and control number when registering. The maximum processing time for applications for the transaction service is two working days. Please note: the SEPAY transaction service is not suitable for MPOS systems: small payment terminals that connect to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.
Your monthly invoice will be offered electronically via your ‘Plaza’ page and can be sent to an email address to be specified by you. If our collection is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification from us with a payment deadline. You can still transfer the amount due to us, stating your debtor number and invoice number.
If no payment is received from you within the stipulated period, your payment terminals will be blocked and the claim handed over to LAVG. There are costs associated with summonses, blocking and unblocking. Only after we receive the outstanding amounts from you will your POS terminals be reactivated. More information on blocking and unblocking can be found on the ‘Plaza’ page.
A transaction is successful when the transaction receipt is printed. This happens only after the processor (Equens or CCV) has validated the transaction. This receipt is therefore the proof of transaction. Does your payment terminal not have an on-board thermal receipt printer, for example the SEPAY Mini, and you are unsure whether the payment has been successful? Then you can view a copy receipt function. Here you will find the last successful payment.
