Credit cards without redirect: Buckaroo Hosted Fields
Customers who pay with a credit card or debit card enter their card details directly in the checkout of your Odoo online store. There is no redirect to an external payment page needed anymore. The input fields are provided by Buckaroo, and the card details never reach your own servers. This keeps the PCI DSS obligations with Buckaroo, while your customer stays in the trusted environment of your online store. This means fewer drop-offs in the final step, and a checkout that looks like the rest of your online store.
How to go live with the plugin
- Install the Buckaroo Official module from Apps in Odoo.
- Go to Accounting → Configuration → Payment Providers and open Buckaroo Official.
- Enter your Store Key and Secret Key. You can find them in the Buckaroo Plaza.
- Set State to Test or Enabled.
- Activate the payment methods you want to offer and save.
