In a DIY store and garden centre complex in Bodegraven, Jasper runs a lunchroom with around 25 seats. Visitors stop by for lunch, coffee and pastries. But there was room for more. The assortment was expanded with the delivery of pies, the sale of stroopwafels and later also oliebollen. And successfully so. Each year, around 60,000 oliebollen are sold!
During the pandemic, another new idea was introduced: a vintage ice cream cart. A striking appearance that is used at events, weddings and corporate parties throughout the Netherlands. Through the Buckaroo dashboard, Jasper can view transactions by day, week or month. This gives quick insight into sales. But in practice, he hardly needs to look at it. And according to him, that is actually a good sign.

Customers from home and abroad
“Most customers pay with their debit card or cash,” Jasper explains. “At events or during holiday periods, we also sometimes get international visitors. Arranging a temporary extra payment terminal is quick
