Stay up to date on outages
Always up-to-date information on the status of Buckaroo
When an outage or maintenance takes place, you want to know right away. Buckaroo uses a status page where you can follow real-time updates and sign up for automatic notifications, such as email and SMS.
Important: many customers are not yet receiving these notifications, as registration must be set up individually. On this page, we explain how you can easily arrange this.
What is the Buckaroo status page?
The Buckaroo status page provides an up-to-date overview of:
- The status of all Buckaroo services
- Any ongoing outages
- Scheduled maintenance
- Updates during incidents

Why sign up for outage notifications?
Without signing up, you need to check the status page yourself. By registering, you:
- Receive an immediate notification when an outage occurs
- Are automatically kept informed of updates
- Can choose SMS notifications, which are often seen faster than email outside office hours
This helps you respond more quickly within your own organization or towards your customers.
How do you sign up for notifications?
Signing up is easy and only takes a few minutes.

Go to the status page

Click ‘Subscribe to updates’
In the top-right corner of the page, you’ll find the ‘Subscribe to updates’ button.
Step 3
Choose your notification preferences
You can choose how you want to receive notifications:
- Email and SMS (recommended)
- Slack
- Webhooks
Enter your details and confirm your subscription.
Step 4
Confirm your subscription
After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or SMS. Once confirmed, you’ll be immediately subscribed to incident notifications and will automatically receive updates about outages and maintenance.
