If I want to make sure I get the Payment terminal in on time, should I specify more days for transport?
No, you don't have to do that at all. We ship the Payment terminal about 3 working days before the indicated rental period. This is a standard service and you do not have to pay anything extra for it.
When I receive the Payment terminal, do I need to set anything up?
No, you don't need to set anything up. If you have hired a mobile Payment terminal, we recommend charging it. If you want to get familiar with the machine in advance, you can make a (number of) test transaction(s). You do this by charging €0.01. This will not start your rental period (earlier), nor will you pay €0.18 per transaction for this.
If I use the payment terminal after 12:00 at night, is this considered an (extra) rental day?
Yes, we do indeed see this as an (extra) rental day.
When (and how) do I return the payment terminals to SEPAY by Buckaroo
When you receive the rental payment terminal, in addition to promotional material, it also includes a return label. When you are finished with the event, you can return it. This does not necessarily have to be done immediately after the event, but if you do so within 3 working days after it, we will be very grateful.
You put everything back in the case and stick the return label on the box. Once we have received the terminal return, the final invoice will be prepared and posted within your personal page.
